Custom & Personalized Purchases

Each personalized and custom-designed product requires a week to produce before shipping. Please note that since these items are one-of-a-kind and produced by hand, the time allowed is estimated and may vary a few days. PLEASE NOTE: choosing an expedited shipping method only speeds up the shipping transit time - it does not expedite the time before shipping on custom or personalized purchases.

It's A Favor.com works to ship your custom-made and personalized purchases as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order please call us the same business day 718-234-3951 and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Because custom made and personalized items are made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns on these items.

Returns

Non-Personalized Items: All non-personalized items include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Returns must be post marked within 30 days of purchase. Any items post marked later than 30 days from the date of purchase will not be refunded.

All Returned orders will be credited to the purchaser's account used when the purchase was originally made, less shipping charges. Simply email us with your refund request and return items to:

Please include your original order number and reason for returning items.

Personalized Items: All personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable. If it is determined that an order was printed in error on our part we will reprint your order and ship via RUSH delivery Free of Charge or refund your account based upon your preference.

Personalized Favor Orders Cancelled Before Printing: It's A Favor.com works to ship your custom-made and personalized purchases as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. Should you need to cancel an order for personalized favors and your order has not been printed, simply email us, and request your order be cancelled. Your account will be credited the full purchase price.

Shipping & Delivery

Unless noted on the individual product page, all standard orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after you place your order. Custom printed orders are shipped within 7 business days. Rush orders available upon request. PLEASE NOTE: choosing an expedited shipping method only speeds up the shipping transit time - it does not expedite the time before shipping on custom or personalized purchases.

Our shipping and delivery days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. On the day your order ships you will receive an email from us with the tracking number.

We offer a flat shipping rate of $5.95 for all orders using Ground shipping within the 50 United States. This rate applies to orders sent to one address.

Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select charges are calculated at the time of check-out and are based upon weight, dimension and delivery address. Rates are calculated from Brooklyn, NY.

Please be sure that the "Ship To" address entered is accurate and complete to ensure prompt delivery.
